Edrick Stated " I loved the way we used to hang out at meets in PR and the adrenaline of racing on the street and running away from the cops. There isn't one person, there was a lot of people doing it before me and I saw that on my environment but there was one close to me, my uncle Ruben, he had a station wagon running 11 or 10's i dont remember well. In that time 11 was fast. It has been a rollercoaster. I was into drag racing in my youth then got married and had kids so all that hobby got put on hold until i was economically stable enough to start a small project. this project started as a simple street car to have fun but it rapidly evolved to a full track car with in 2-3 years until it finally became what it is today, a low 9 second monster. My Favorite event, HDay. Because it celebrate the Honda enthusiast and give us the world largest Honda and Acura gathering. I want the car to run a constant number in the mid to low 9's to be competitive on bracket racing. and maybe a PB of 8 second pass just for me."

Joel Stated " My best friend that passed away got me into drag racing. Pito tuning was my inspiration for drag racing. It’s been hard lot of money a lot of issue but we’re hitting goals. I reached my goal not to long ago which was to hit 8 seconds. Honda day , because that’s where I perform the best with my car and I been close to finals a couple times. Keep on working hard trying to get closer to the 7 seconds of course with time. Just trying to keep getting better and being the best at the sport."

1. What got you into drag racing? " Seeing the adrenaline people had the moment they went finished giving a pass."
2. Who inspired you to get into drag racing? " My biggest inspiration was my father in law with his hatch he had ruffly 600 hp and he would drive it around in the street. Also seeing a really close friend Potin growing up i would go to see street races and seeing him show up was like watching Toreto."
3. how was the journey from where u started to now? " I love going back and seeing my progress i began with 94 civic SI bone stock I remember driving it to the racetrack and running 17.41. That moment changed everything for me i then went turbo single cam with a simple setup i was able to run my best time of 11.1 little by little i have went progressing with my build my best time is 10.1 @ 134 "
4. favorite event and why? " My favorite event is honda day as there is so many distinct builds they can all be hondas but you can always find something different in each and every one of them. "
5. future plans for the car? " My future plan is potentially one day getting into SFWD i love the adrenaline and going fast it may be a long shot but I know."

1. What got you into drag racing? " what got me into drag racing well first my dad and friends got me into cars which then got into racing. "
2. Who inspired you to get into drag racing? " My friend Luis got me into Hondas. then me and my dad turned it into a drag car"
3. how was the journey from where u started to now? " I drove it quite a bit in high school as well Then me and my dad turned it into a drag car known as purple haze today In the sfwd world and is the fastest fwd Honda in Colorado with an 8.06 at 177 mph.
4. favorite event and why? " Favorite event that’s a hard one because I like so many events like WCF FL2k and our summer series here as well that Brent and Jamie from pfi speed put on. "
5. future plans for the car? " Future plans are is to go 7s here in Colorado and on the east coast
